CHARACTERISTICS
LQ586 is gas shielded flux cored wire, excellent balance in abrasion and metal to metal wear resistance, it can be used hardfacing component withstanding abrasion resistance and heavy loads. Excellent weldability, easy slag removal and slight spatter.
APPLICATION
It is used for hardfacing bucket teeth, wheels, rolling mill rollers tracks, sliding rollers, screws, mill crushing jaws and mill wheels, drilling bits, etc.
