CHARACTERISTICS
LZ40 is C-Cr-Mo alloyed open arc hardfacing flux cored wire, properties as follow:
Ø Shielding: Open arc
Ø Hardfacing deposit metal property: excellent impact resistance
Ø Weldability: Little spatter, excellent anti-porosity, tiny checking
Ø Acceptable parent material: any steel
Ø Hardfacing thickness limit: Not exceed to 8mm
Ø Checking resistance: Depends on parent material, workpiece size, hardfacing thickness, welding process, etc.
Ø Machining: milling & grinding
Ø Dia.&Package: φ1.2mm/1.6mm 15kg/spool
