LZ642 is a highly C- Cr- Mo- W- V alloyed open arc or gas shielded arc flux-cored wire, deposit metal is a very hard martensitic micro structure with carbides, resistant to strong mineral abrasion also at higher temperatures. Compared to LZ643, this wire contains higher alloy carbide, higher wear and temperature resistance under mild impact working condition.

LZ643 is a highly C- Cr- Mo- W- Nb alloyed open arc or gas shielded arc flux-cored wire that deposits a very hard martensitic micro structure with carbides. The deposit is resistant to strong mineral abrasion also at higher temperatures. It has good result on hardfacing sinter parts

LZ650 is open arc flux cored wire, deposit metal is martensitic chromium carbide alloy, hardness can reach to 63HRC at single layer, weld metal thickness should be limited in 4mm.

LQ582 is gas shielded flux cored wire, resisting to both abrasion wear and metal to metal wear. Deposit metal is crack-free, it can used where abrasion resistance and heavy loading is expected, excellent properties property and weld ability, easy slag removal and slight spatter. 

LQ586 is gas shielded flux cored wire, excellent balance in abrasion and metal to metal wear resistance, it can be used hardfacing component withstanding abrasion resistance and heavy loads. Excellent weldability, easy slag removal and slight spatter. 

LQ605 is gas shielding or open arc flux cored wire, chromium carbide deposit metal give rise to excellent mineral wear resistance, it can be used whenever severe abrasive wear is needed. Relief checking is normal.
